A fully signed electronic document is indicated by a green nib icon and the signed document can be downloaded.
An electronic document that is unsigned, or partially signed, is indicated by a grey nib icon. Clicking 'Download' via the 'Actions' icon (3 vertical dots) exports the unsigned document.
