Company holdings other than shares, such as convertible notes, SAFE, shareholder loans and ESOP, may eventually dilute the holdings on your share register.
You can apply some filters to your share register to show the impact of your ESOP on shareholder equity.
New Zealand Companies
From your left side menu click Share register > Shareholders.
Two selections are available to display the ESOP dilution impact:
- Show current dilutions - Show shareholdings including currently vested options (diluted data is indicative only).
- Show all granted dilutions - Show shareholdings including all option grants fully diluted.
Tick the selections you would like to apply. Click on the Filter results button.
A new line 'Diluted' will appear on your Share class summary with the new shareholders that will enter the share register with the dilution filter applied.
Scroll down to see updated individual shareholdings as a result of the applied dilution filter.
Australian Companies
From your left side menu click Register of members > Members.
