Step 1. From the initial dashboard when you log in, select the entity you want to update the address for.
| Step 2. Once you are viewing the shareholder summary, you can click the edit button to update the details for that specific entity. |
Step 3. When the edit box appears, you will be able to update your residential address in the 'Entity Address' section at the bottom.
Please note: Changing your residential address will also update the share register for any companies you have holdings in. If you are the shareholder of a New Zealand company and are a top 20 shareholder, it will be listed on the New Zealand Companies Office. If you are the shareholder of an Australian company, it will be listed on ASIC.
