Did you receive an error message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." when trying to sign up to Orchestra?
There are a couple of things you can try.
Older versions of internet browser software sometimes don't run modern websites seamlessly.
Open the internet browser on your device and check for a software update. If there's an update available, download it and relaunch your browser software.
Please visit the Orchestra website and try again to create your account.
Alternatively, you can try signing up to Orchestra on a different device. Eg. if you're on a laptop then you might like to try signing up on your mobile phone.
