As a company administrator you may at times be unable to edit the registered address or email address for one of your shareholders. This happens because your shareholder has holdings in other companies.
In this event it is generally preferred that shareholders update their own information for security reasons and to maintain consistency of personal records.
However, we appreciate there may be times when a shareholder has requested a change be made on their behalf. In this event please email us on companies@orchestra.io, ideally including any communication with the shareholder, and we can make this change for you.
